Brian Cornett started KLEENOIL in 1976. Kleenoil was developed to ensure the life of the oil in trucks and other cars would significantly increase. In 1986, after 10 years of steady growth in the domestic market, the eyes were focused on exports. Today Kleenoil is available also in Estonia and in other 16 countries worldwide.
The Kleenoil Filtration System is a bypass oil filtration system that passes only a small portion of the total oil flow through a very dense filter cartridge at about 2 to 3 liters per minute. At this speed, it is possible to remove particles down to 1 micron (3 absolute), remove 99.95% of all water, greatly decrease engine wear and prolonging oil life.
Kleenoil can eliminate water and particle contamination, extend oil life up to 5 times and hydraulic oil up to 10 times, reduce engine wear and component wear, dramatically reduce downtime, remove particles down to 1 micron (3 absolute), and is applicable to engines as well as hydraulic systems.
Kleenoil achieves a 14 / 9 ISO cleanliness. The Kleenoil KF 85 filter element absorbs 1.3 liter of water with just one filterelement.
The Kleenoil depthfilter are suitable for small and larger systems, carter systems, hydraulic systems, lubrication systems, lubrication systems with high viscosity, systems with water problems and diesel and bio-systems. Kleenoil Filtration can also be used for cleaning up systems, recycling off used and contaminated oil, oil storage or for the filling of your system.
